LCL Partnership
Licking Co Library & NHS
This year, our high school has partnered with the Licking County Library to bring free resources and programming to all of our high school students, as well as the LCL Book Mobile.
Community Work
Community & NHS Innovation Ctr
Students in the Innovation Center have had the fortunate opportunity to get involved in the local community, here in Licking County. Most recently, a group of our students made recycled bird feeders for a local nursing home, as well as recycled dog and cat toys for the local humane society. Students were able to personally deliver their creations to these locations, during a fun-filled community field trip day.

NHS Innovation Center Club
At Newark High School, our students have started an Innovation Center club, with the assistance of Ms. Charpie. Club activities include social media sites, events, programs, and student involvement. Be sure to listen to the morning announcements for the next club meeting date! All students are welcome to attend.
Education Professional Development
Our Innovation Center has been presented to other educational professionals in numerous ways! From others visiting our space, to on and off-site professional development seminars, our new space has been noteworthy and gained much interest in the education world. We are so excited to continue to share our success with this new student space!
